Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims.

• Tryloom is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

📦 Failed Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If the order is returned due to non-response, re-shipping charges may apply.
