At Tryloom, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality jewellery and clothing. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Wrong product received
✅ Damaged product received
✅ Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• A clear unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Tags must be intact

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Earrings
• Clearance / Sale items
• Customized products
• Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Jewellery and clothing items once worn will not be accepted.

🔄 Size Exchange (Clothing Only)

• Size exchange is allowed once (if applicable)
• Customer must inform within 24 hours of delivery
• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
• Exchange is subject to stock availability

💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)
• For COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI / bank transfer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🚫 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

📦 Damaged During Transit

If you receive a damaged parcel:

• Do not accept the package if visibly damaged
• Record a video while opening
• Contact us immediately with proof
